My name is Ross Beveridge and I live in the heart of beautiful East Lothian, with my wife, Alice, our daughter Aria and son Ayren, our excitable Blue Merle Collie, George, and our Siberian Huskies, Dexter and Storm.

After an extensive career spent in Edinburgh’s hospitality industry, I felt it was time to move in a different direction and find a career that I had a real interest in and that put a real smile on my face at the end of the working day. I was inspired to start up Wags and Walkies in 2010 and although daunting at first, it has been a great adventure so far and I've never been happier!

I have always had a passion for dogs and on any given day, it is rare to find me doing anything that isnt dog-related in some way. Working with dogs on a daily basis and seeing them respond, learn and grow gives me a sense of satisfaction that I have rarely known in any other job. I dont even mind the snow and rain these days! For years, I have been volunteering to look after friend's dogs whenever they went on holiday or were ill or had an engagement and now I am lucky enough to have a job that pays me to do exactly that!

I have customers that use my services several days every week, some that I see once or twice a week and others that I only see only occasionally.

I am police checked and fully insured with all paperwork available on request. I am also endorsed by East Lothian Council on their Approved Dog Walker Scheme and hold an emergency canine first aid certificate from Rhodes to Safety.

My catchment area broadly covers the areas between North Berwick, Haddington and East Linton. Please get in touch if you have any queries about your location.

Thanks,

Ross
